Who is the Earley Family Foundation?

We are an IRS approved public Foundation 501c-3 (#81-2704169) started in 2016 and based in Philadelphia---a public non-profit corporation formed to support orphaned girls in Mexico City through a partnership with individuals, companies, and entities that are

interested in helping disadvantaged Mexican girls at two residences in Mexico City, La Esperanza, a traditional orphanage like setting, and La Casa Rosa, a house for blind orphaned young women, both right in the heart of Mexico City.

Basic Beliefs

A Business Approach

We believe a business-like approach to doing good will provide the best results for the children.

Get Involved

We will assist those directly involved - we emphasize us to be helpers and facilitators, not owners or managers.

Don’t Say - DO

We want to do and help, not preach or push, policy setting is a low priority.

Technology is Key

We incorporate technology as a way to make a substantial difference in people’s lives.

Operate on Results

We operate on results for the children - we are only interested in publicity to raise funds and help with the work.

Stay Focused

We think focused programs can make a dramatic difference in the short and long term.

Keep Growing

We believe people want to learn and improve themselves in a positive way. Likewise we seek to learn from all our activities, good or bad, to maximize our results.

Recruit the Best

We recruit high quality volunteers, helpers, and resources, because excellent resources are critical to enduring success.

Governance

The Earley Family Foundation is a registered 501c-3 not for profit that follows the articles of incorporation in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and fulfills the requirements for the Internal Revenue Service here in the United States and Mexico.

The governance model includes a Board of Directors elected to a fixed term of three years and follows the legal requirements stated in those respective filings for the United States and Mexico.
