Values

and Approach.

Mission Statement

The Earley Family Foundation seeks to provide tools, abilities, and experiences that prepare young Mexican girls to live a more independent life through more learning

Basic Beliefs

What do we believe is important in our efforts?

We believe a business-like approach to doing good will provide the very best long term results for the young women.

What role will we play in the implementation?

We will assist those directly involved - we emphasize our roles to be helpers and facilitators, not owners or managers.

How will we act in the implementation?

We want to do and help, not preach or push - policy setting is a low priority.

What will we emphasize to make a difference for the young women?

We stress learning, education, and technology as a way to make a substantial difference in people’s lives.

What do we believe is important in our planning?

We believe people want to learn and improve themselves in a positive way - we seek to learn from all our activities, good and bad, to maximize our results.

How will we focus learning and education for each person?

We operate on results for the young women that support their goals and plans----these plans will enable them to learn, grow, and become better people. We are only interested in publicity to raise funds and help with the work.

How do we make things happen?

We recruit high quality volunteers, helpers, and resources----their skills, capabilities, access, and relationships are recruited to fit an opportunity at hand, we have few meetings or memorandums, we are workers. We never ask for money or to raise money, we ask our volunteers to work, we ask them to help, not meet or talk about the effort.
